Great service from friendly staff always helpful

Very nice and friendly staff that ain't reluctant to provide any information that you may need. Nice selection of Mountain Bikes and Road Bikes, but it's lacking any BMX's. I'm not sure if it's because it's near the Mall/Shopping Centre that they want to cut down on the street BMXing but it's definitely cutting into their potential buyers (me) and potential attention. Other then that a great bicycle store.

Awesome bike shop - so friendly from the minute you walk in. Very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The shop is well appointed to make a great no pressure atmosphere. Highly recommended:)

Great experience both with buying the bike and after sales service.

On a Sydney Wollongong ride my rear cluster came loose. We waited till 9am for the store to open. It opened on the dot of 9. The gentleman that served us was fantastic. He noticed a misaligned rear derailleur and did a perfect repair. If I was in Wollongong this would be my only bike store.

I also watched them helping out a new child rider with trying out bikes in the store. It was obvious they are passionate and care about their customers and really want to help out.

Can't thank you enough. More bike shops should be as professional and caring as this one! (and pricing was great too)

can not recommend this shop.
came in for reattaching the jockey wheel on a cheap bike, it took them a week to find out they could not replace it cheaply and wanted me to pay 70$ for actually just a screw - until they disposed the perfectly fine wheel and tried to tell me the derailer was damaged.
Went to Spearman bycicles, they helped out for 15 $ and a few minutes later it was done.

Great customer service and the sponsor of Wollongong Women's Cycle Club. Supportive of the local community and have awesome family friendly values.
