@simplementgateaux our Pastry chef Heidi Moore has work in some of the top restaurants of Australia and London.
After over 14 years in the kitchen, she decided to start a new chapter, and became a food designer. Heidi recurrently work for TV shows such as "Masterchef" and "The Great Australian Bake Off". She also participate at the publication of cookbooks; "Milk bar memories" with Jane Lawson, "wholefood cookbook" with Murdock books and "Biogland cookbook".
She now use her knowledge to fulfill her passion for cake baking and decorating, to create edible work of art.
