TERRIBLE SERVICE! My fiance sent flowers to my house for Valentine's day and they delivered it to the wrong address. People at the wrong address accepted the flowers and put it in a vase. Three hours later the florist realised they had delivered it to the wrong address and got the driver to go back and pick it up. When he arrived at the residence he found out it was already unwrapped and in a vase, he informed the florist. The florist advised him to take it anyway! Instead of making a new bunch of flowers for me, they took these out of the vase and delivered it to me. Disgraceful!!! Bad customer service!! Would NOT recommend this florist!!!
