Old mate took his high end fg in for a service & the fuel cap was missing when he got it back. I also heard another story about someone buying a 7 seater territory only to find out it was just a 5 seater after he took it home. Another person lost their 4th stockie .

Great experience all round, got the car I wanted, the options I wanted at a great price. Thank you to the whole team at Sinclair Ford!!

Nice enough, these guys seem to know what they're doing.

Ok so understanding that there will always be Friday build cars and inevitable problems but what customers need to understand is, it's not the service departments fault. They will try to rectify the issues as best and fair as they can. That being said, Chris Jones is upfront, honest and overly helpful and considering I would be on the extreme side of fussy when it comes to cars and their upkeep, earning praise from me is not easy and yet I am happy to pay more for a product when I can knowingly buy cheaper elsewhere.
I have a very limited edition car that sees the track on occasion. So perfection is paramount!

I just picked up my NEW Ranger from Sinclair ford and couldn't be happier. The guys from start to finish made the process easy. Scott in the finance department help every way he could to get me a great deal on finance. Brenton the sales manager gave me a great deal and had it all done when he said he would. As a whole Sinclair Ford did a great job and I have no hesitation writing this review and promoting this dealership.

We were looked after very well and the second hand Ford Territory we brought was in excellent condition and a great price.

Terrible experience. I had been watching one of their cars on carsales for two weeks but I have little spare time and they are a long drive. Finally I made an appointment to go out. They young sales guy was very good but there other person there who I can only assume was the sales manager was terrible.

Wanted to "do a deal today" when I meet him he tried to say he knew me from somewhere (obviously not true) and then said someone else is interested in the car so we should do it today. I asked about the log books twice and they seemed more concerned with doing a deal than showing me the car or log books. I got a bad feeling when I was taken to sit in the office while they wrote up my trade in rather than look at car or log books.

Then it got worse again. I said I wanted to test drive the car. They nice young sales guy said yes no problem. Next minute sales manager (or whoever he was) said they have a policy they don't do test drives unless the person is ready to do a deal on the spot. Because I said there was one other f6 I wanted to check out before I committed they would not let me drive the car.

I am a 39 year old man looking at a 35k f6 not an 18 year old looking at a Ferrari. I was very offended and left the yard. Sad thing is I was happy with the price of the car (after they agreed to fix the paint damage caused by bird poop and fix the gutter rash on all the wheels. I just wanted to see one other car and also decide if I wanted to trade my car in or sell privately.

Other think is the condition of the car was poor (paint and wheels). Sales manager (or whatever he was) lied and said they just got the car. I had been watching the car for at least two weeks. They said it had a full service history but failed to show me the log books so who knows?

They young sales guy I was dealing with was no problem at all and I would have been happy to buy from him. Shame his Boss will not allow for that. I have purchased two cars from another Ford yard in the past two years and the experience was fantastic (unlike here). Is it because I walked in with my casual gym cloths? I have no idea but I was (and still are very offended).

I assumed that being a ford yard the car would have to be in very good condition (I was wrong). They did agree to fix and as they should because a car like that should not be sold in that condition.

When I initially called about the car I was told to come in and have a look and take it for a drive. Well that didn't happen. As I detest high pressure sales people I will stay away as these sales tactics do not work on me. Seems like this guy went out of his way to turn me off buying a car I wanted. I am not going to buy a 35k car without shopping around and buying the first one I see thank you very much. There are other ford yards out there who are not like this and I will stick to them. I love ford and their cars and it is a shame this Ford dealership employs such underhanded tactics to try to get people to buy on the spot. Would have thought you would maybe get this from a small dodgy yard not a ford dealership.

Very disappointed!

Rang & spoke to Steve about a problem I was experiencing with my Ranger late on Wednesday afternoon. I was staying at a caravan park, leaving on the Friday. Even though he stated that they were busy until the next week he offered for the workshop foreman to check it out at 11am the following day. This came as a great relief as towing the van you need everything to be right.
The staff couldn't be more helpful down to the wonderful office lady who made coffee for my wife.
Many thanks to all concerned.
