Huge thank-you to Toby and the team at Sinclair Hyundai. Purchased a new i30 back in late May and the service and support received from this dealership was overwhelming. I am a local Driving Instructor in the Blue Mountains and the down time of changing over cars was important and Toby did everything he could to help me sort this smoothly. So much so that today I went back down and signed on the dotted line to purchase another i30, this time MANUAL. Toby was able to source this from Interstate and is again offering me brilliant service in minimising the downtime of my business.
I will have no hesitation in recommending Toby and his team to all my parents and students wanting to purchase a new or used car. They make purchasing a car a positive experience.

I HAVE BOUGHT MY CAR 3 YEARS AGO AND HAVE DONE ALL THE CAR SERVICE WITH HYUNDAI ST CLAIR, RECENTLY WE HAD A NOISE COMING OUT OF THE BACK WHEEL UPON CHECKING THEY ADVISED THAT WE HAVE CHANGED THE BRAKE PADS, BUT THE QUESTION IS THAT WE HAVE NEVER CHANGED THE BRAKE PADS ALL THE CAR SERVICING HAS BEEN DONE BY THEM AND NOW THEY ARE BLAMING US THAT WE HAVE CHANGED THE BRAKE PADS, HOW CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE I HAVE NEVER CHANGED THE BRAKE PADS THERE SERVICE TEAM ARE SUCH A LAIRS , AND THEY HAVE ALSO SCRATCHED THE BACK DOOR ALSO WHEN ASKED THEM THEY SAID THE SCRATCH WAS THERE BEFORE. AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED US.
I WILL SUGGEST NOT TO BUY OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED BY THEM

Worst Dealer in Sydney
Would have to be the worst dealership I have dealt with in Sydney. They did everything they could to get a deposit and then when the deal fell through try getting your deposit back. They said they would put it into our account on the Monday and then nothing happened till Wednesday and still don't know if it's in the account. That's when the attitude of the finance girl went from friendly and flirty to COW and the only answer we could get from her and the general manager was we've put it in the bank what do you want us to do. Great customer service. We actually got a far better deal at Windsor Hyundai and the staff were actually professional

I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank you for your honesty and dedication while selling me my new car last week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype.

I was impressed with your honesty, integrity, and straightforward approach to selling a car. As you remember, I almost bought the Hyundai Tucson at a different dealership,  changing my mind after being mislead on numerous occasion. As I looked around, I found that many of the sellers just didn’t meet my personal standard of integrity, not to mention their lack of professionalism.



All the while, I kept thinking about the car you were selling and the sense of trust I had from talking with you.  I came back to look at the car one more time and we made the deal.

Excellent deals but my experience with a salesman was not comfortable as he took advantage of me in relation to a Myers gift card which wasn't represented properly. Good service staff and Saturdays every fortnight.

We had the worst experience with the finance person at Sinclair Hyundai.

Having exclusively owned Hyundai cars over the past 20 years, we walked into the Sinclair Hyundai dealership earlier today to discuss the purchase of an Elantra with them. The salesperson Jenny Pearson was very helpful and explained the differences between the cars and she provided us with a rundown of the features and costs of the cars. She then forwarded us to the finance person at the dealership.

What a terrible person!

He was extremely condescending and entirely unhelpful in answering any of our questions. The basic question we wanted the answer to was "what would the interest rate percentage be".. He goes "anywhere from 5% to 15%, what else do you want to know?". So, we asked "Can you give us a more exact number, so that we can compare and make a choice?", to which he says "If I run the numbers for you spending half an hour with you, and if you decide to go elsewhere, I would have wasted half an hour of my time. So, book the car and then come to me if you want me to finance you".

We walked out because spending a further second of my time at that dealership would have been a waste of my time.

My I45 was recalled, dropped it and they told me all good and the car not faulty, few days later i was on m4 doing 100km and the car shut down while i am driving and when i towed it back they changed the engine and thats why it was reaclled.

Service done and the car came back freshly washed. Was reported during the service it had a severe pull to the right and needed a wheel alignment. New tyres were fitted two weeks before including a wheel alignment so said no. Picked up car and it drove straight under all conditions so not sure how they got a severe pull to the right.

Jacob was awesome throughout the whole process. Not pushy, not overbearing just a nice guy who wanted to get me the car I wanted at a pretty decent price
