I'm glad you asked. I'm not giving this rating so much for the lounge or the service on the plane. But more for the way you handle your passengers at the gate in Sydney. Absolute shambles! Poor organising and communication. You have a pile of people standing right at the gate entrance like herding sheep. Then you call on different groups like first/business class, families travelling with kids or people in wheelchairs only to have them try and fight their way though the crowd and then not actually let them in. Once their boarding pass is checked, they are made to wait in the hot and sweaty passage leading to the plane when the plane wasn't even ready. Come on guys... You're better than this! I fly with you monthly out of various locations and have to say this experience at the Sydney gate 57 was the worst. Here's hoping it's a one off.
