Dropped in on a Saturday morning for a takeaway coffee, after reading and hearing good reviews. As much as I like your coffee and your staff appear friendly, I can't say I was impressed with the service. Even if I excuse the 15 minute wait for my order, I can't accept that the 3 customers who placed their order after me received it before me.
