What an amazing place to stay.. such awesome friendly staff... lovely complimentary breakie too.. rooms are huge..

The management is too greedy and has no idea how to calculate 48 hours to process cancellation! Few coins is obviously are more important than reputation and happy returning customers! Absolutely zero customer service! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! STAY AWAY FROM IT!

Great place. Had a family room Room with a Brady Bunch feel to it and updated showers and kitchenette. Comes with an incrediblely large shower, lotion and after shave pumps. I would stay at this place many more times if I could.

Stayed for my father's wedding. He was told guests of the wedding would get a discount since the wedding and reception were to be held there. Checked the price online before booking and it was $135. Called to book and said we were staying for the wedding and the lady quoted $135. So no discount at all. Also, for the type of place the price is too high. The decor is very outdated, our duvet was stained, the button on the toilet was broken. The whole place felt like it was in desperate need of a refresh. Have stayed in quite nice hotels for the same price.

Very comfortable room. Restaurant food wonderful but the service left a little to be desired, we weren't asked if we needed another drink from the bar or if we'd like dessert. Table cleared very quickly and we were made to feel like we were holding them up. Not what we expect from a restaurant in a motel.

Once the renovations are done and the place is fumigated for bugs it's a cosy place

Nice big rooms and comfortable to stay in. View is good if you get the right rooms.

William, the manager ( not sure) was extremely accomodating and friendly from his lovely welcome at check-in to helping us get a cab! Will definitely go again on our next trip!!!

Absolutely obliging staff at check in , original room had youngsters next door playing loud music, we were immediately moved to another quieter room , the rooms were clean and spacious, but a tad noisy ie not completely soundproofed despite being brick walls.
If you stay , pay the extra $6 for the continental breakfast , basic but the juices are great.
