Sirault Truffles Bungendore

This page let's you know when our black truffles have been harvested, so you can let us know how much you want for wonderful winter cooking.

Sirault Truffles Bungendore is a small truffle farm, east of Bungendore. We planted
hectare of oak trees, innoculated with tuber melanosporum spores in 2007. Our first harvest was in 2014, and many people enjoyed combining the fresh black truffles with other quality ingredients. We were sad to say goodbye to the season in 2014, and are eagerly awaiting this year's harvest.

We encourage truffle lovers to get in contact with us through this Facebook page. We can then let you know when our harvests will occur so that you can plan some wonderful meals using our truffles.
