not happy at all I got a cheese pizza for my 7 year old was burnt and I got my meal lovers pizza and it had chilli on it I don't do that and it does not say it on the menu at all I looked before I said my order everyone else order was right just don't my son's or mine I would have rather had 2 min noodles then pay the cost that I paid for our meal not the first time this has happened I thought yeah 1st screw up u can fix it then next time mixed up again 3 times that time yhen tonight sorry but 3 strike ur out

Less than favourable service when ringing up to order a pizza tonight. Surly young woman taking my order. She made an error in her costings and then became rude to me when I attempted to explain that to her. I don't care about the error. I do care about the attitude. I didn't deserve to be spoken to that way.
Shame. Had enjoyed their pizzas and had no issues previously.
She hung up on me before I had a chance to pay.
I rang back and spoke to the manager, who talked over the top of me and refused to listen to my concerns about his employee. 'Sorry' would have been nice, rather than him making excuses for her.
One lost customer here.
