We are located in an easy to access location for people living and working in Ryde, North Ryde, West Ryde, Meadowbank, Macquarie Park, Lane Cove, Putney, Hunters Hill, Marsfield and Gladesville.

At our BJJ school, we believe in changing lives through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Martial Arts. You will learn simple and effective self defence techniques, train in functional fitness, and make life-long friendships. Our school also offers a wide range of programs, private training and a wealth of other benefits and features.

Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for competition, our Gladesville location offers kids martial arts classes and adult Jiu Jitsu classes.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a vehicle to develop human potential, learning its techniques and discipline provides so much more than the knowledge of a self-defense style, it is a way of life that will continue to provide enjoyment and challenges for as long as the student is engaged in it.
