Businesses pay $50 / month to access unlimited candidates in their area. Businesses can simply search for the profession in their postcode and perfectly matched candidates will appear. The business then shortlists the candidates they are interested in. When they are shortlisted, a text goes out to the candidate asking if they are interested in speaking to the business about a particular role. Once the candidates confirms their interest – it’s a match! A business can then call or text the candidate to discuss the role freely.
