Sleeping Giant Campbelltown

I have bought a large range of collapsible/portable beds for a business I manage from these guys over the past 3 years and have found the product and service to be excellent. Will go there again.

A bed was ordered online. Delivery truck was sent to our billing address which was different to our shipping address. As it was after their business hours on a Saturday, we were told by two separate stores that there was nothing that they could do. We were also quoted an apparent incorrect delivery fee because of a "problem" with their online billing system. We now have no bed until they can be contacted on Monday, as we dismantled the old one in preperation.

My mum bought a bundle ( mattress and bed) and they told her yesterday that it will be arriving today and then she gets a call today saying that they can't find her bed!!! How can you not find someone's bed when you said that it will be delivered today!! Never going with you again

Do not buy a mattress from here! We were highly recommended a particular mattress from a staff member and we purchased the mattress, it was worth over $3,000.00. To lay on the mattress for a short period of time we do not experience any discomfort it is when we sleep over night is when we experience intense back pain, Everynight! We have had nothing but trouble and every morning we are waking up with a sore back and it is getting worse.The mattress is actually bowing when you sleep on it forcing you to sleep diagonally. We have put it through warranty and we have been told that it is not covered... so dont believe the 10 year warranty!
