Our philosophy is simple. Natural + seasonal cooking from start to finish. We chop our wood from fallen branches, source seasonal produce from local growers & cook using flame + smoke

Influenced by the South American Asado and South

We grow and sells biodynamic potatoes, pumpkins & garlic at the Canberra Farmers Markets - as well as coffee, smoked pork, soups and sourdough via our food truck in Bredbo throughout Winter.
