Smarter Living Choices is a community nursing, NDIS, and homecare service that provides professional care throughout the Orange, Bathurst, Lachlan and Central West regions. Providing unique community care since 1998 as Orange and Regional Nursing Service, we rebranded in 2019, as the scope of our services expanded to greater fit the needs of our community. And to this day, our core principles remain the same, in providing our services with individualized care and understanding, to ensure our clients have independence in their community.

We strive to satisfy those community needs of current, and future clients whilst incorporating carer and family needs. Through a dedication to best practice principles and an aim to continuously improve the quality of services provided, we can ensure we have a structure within which quality, appropriate and meaningful health care is provided to that community.
