I don't understand how they have such a good review. Its so deceiving. If you are reading this review, please be warned, think twice before you go there. My experience wasn't the best on my last visit. First my appointment was moved from 4pm to 4:30 pm on Friday for a Monday appointment. Then I arrived few minutes before 4:30pm, I was take to a room to do X-ray, then wait for 50 minutes before deciding to leave without seeing a dentist as i had another appointment to meet up with a friend.

I recently had 2 dental implants placed, I never thought this was possible as I seen a number of dentists and consultations, all giving me the answer that it wont be possible. Dr Kinnar was very knowledgeable, professional and caring, from start to finish. Just wanted say a big thank you to the whole team at Smile Concepts, outstanding work. Very happy!

The treatment I received was 5 star plus, both Dr Kinnar and all staff I interacted with couldn't do more for you. The follow up calls following treatment were a nice touch too.

I've had an excellent experience every time I've gone to Smile Concepts. The teeth whitening not only works really well, it is also the most affordable place I could find in Sydney. General clean and fillings were a lot less stressful than any other place I've been, and the dentist was nice and calm and professional. It also didn't hurt, he used numbing cream so the anaesthetic was painless. He really took time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. The biggest difference was definitely how friendly and attentive all the staff were, especially Alexia. They went out of their way to have you laughing about something as soon as you walk in regardless of how worried you are about being at a dentist. Definitely definitely worth coming here to have a much more stress free experience.

The guys at Smile Concepts are at the top of their profession. Everything about the facilities and their offices is simply outstanding (clean, bright, colourful and happy).
