They make me feel comfortable whenever I visit and the best thing is their well thought follow-up/after care. The dentist performs each procedure thoroughly while ensuring paramount patient's understanding of the condition, comfort and above all safety. The clinic is spotless: looks clean and smells clean. I have been to several dentists in the past but I can honestly say this is the first time I haven't had any issues. All boxes were ticked - staff were friendly and professional, procedure was comfortable and after care was carefully explained. Ultimately, I really felt like I was taken care of. Customer service is friendly and welcoming. The staff remember who you are and treat you like a friend. The costs of all procedures are explained up front and options given with appropriate costs as well. Most importantly, procedures are pain free with your welfare being the top priority during your time in the chair (you even get to choose what you want to watch on TV!)
