My daughter went to this clinic complaining about pain and how she was unable to sleep. The dentist inspected her mouth for a solid minute then said she probably had a rare disease causing pain in her teeth, nonetheless she prescribed my daughter Valium which was so stupid. Nonetheless, my daughter went to a good dentist the next day and found out she had been grinding her teeth in her sleep. Honestly don't waste your time and money at this dentist.

Had tooth filling done by Dr Keith on two separate occasions. He's so understanding and professional which helped to calm my nerves a lot. Not to mention very detailed compared to my previous dentist.
Most of all, perfect teeth (almost) and walked out with smiles at waterloo.

very disappointed and angry that my child who was attending there for years since he was 2, and he is now 7 has fluorosis in his permanent teeth, because he was given flouride treatment at every visit he was at this dental practice. The dentists were changed x3 in the period we have been attending. AT one of his visit, the dentist without warning shoved a block into the back of his mouth to seal his back teeth - causing him to gag. SO he was gone from a child who loved going to the dentist to one who was so traumatized, he vomited 3 times at his last visit there with yet another new dentist. we now have moved to a new dental practice and have to work through his stress and trauma of dental visit, and worse still now have fluorosis for life!!the new dental practice tells me that children should never have flouride treatments because of the risk of fluorosis!these people should not be treating children if they have no knowledge or skills to do so!

Horrible wisdom tooth extraction. It costed 500 dollars for one tooth to be pulled. I was in the for 2 hours and she was not gentle. Front desk and dental assistant were super nice and caring but the main Asian Doctor was the worst.

I would not recommend this place! The dental nurse wasn't paying attention, near had me gaging on the suction hose. I was rushed through the door without a proper assessment on the job done, s off to get it done properly elsewhere. Did not feel like a valued customer
