I am the first female Yoga teacher from Nepal certified by Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance. I grew up with the Yoga values ingrained in my family back home. My first Yoga guru was my Grandfather Mr. Kirti Bhramananda Joshi who taught me about Pranayama and Meditation.

Knowingly or unknowingly I've always been drawn towards Yoga and I feel immensely blessed to be able to share the knowledge and the experiences of the Yoga practice with you all.

I am deeply humbled by your support and I truly appreciate your trust towards my teaching.
