SOL. CAFE est. 2012 by Pavel and Soleil.

Once upon a time, Hills’ residents would travel to the likes of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst for a REAL café experience. And then along came passionate foodies Soleil and Pavel and their creation, sol. cafe, a little find for food lovers in the heart of Baulkham Hills.

Established in 2012, sol. cafe is more passion than business. Inspired by their food-centric heritages (she is Middle Eastern, he is South American), Soleil and Pavel look to local suppliers for their ingredients, and draw on family recipes to create unique sauces, ricotta cheeses, yogurts, jams, chutneys and sweet delights, some of which are available to take home.

sol. cafe makes everything by hand with the best possible ingredients.
The final slice of the sol. café pie is their passion for combining flavour and nutrition, and creating a wholesome eating experience for everyone who takes a seat at their table.

A combination of fresh produce, the greatest of skill and hard work creates the honest and soulful food that sol. cafe has become famous for within the Hills and around.

sol. cafe is open EVERYDAY except for Tuesdays (Usually sourcing new ingredients and new food creations)
