During a very vulnerable period in our lives Something Beautiful Remains gave personalised service which was both highly professional and compassionate. Caryn was on the end of the phone on multiple occasions to guide us through the practical realities of our grief. Our family recently lost a beloved mother/ sibling/aunt/daughter to suicide. With no financial benefit to herself or her business, Caryn gave unlimited support and professional advice. She counselled on repatriation of remains from interstate - WA to Canberra – and gave excellent advice on expectations regarding best practice of any funeral company we engaged interstate and likely costs.
