Great location close to the fun. Unfortunately I have to share the bathroom. There is share bathrooms and the price in little bit high for their offer.

Great experience, would recommend staying for budget accommodation. Clean tidy older style...well my room, they were updating part of the hotel. View was better than my friends in higher rating hotel. Breakfast was great + can't beat the price.

Rooms at reasonable prices with shared bathrooms. Location just between business district and eastern more relaxed area, close to Museum station. They were renovating while we were there, which was heard everywhere, supposed to be finishes late q1 2018. Air con loud and key cards almost impossible to use to get into room.

This hotel was too expensive for me if I compare with any hotel I was staying at, with the same service. Overall is good. There is only bed, TV, refrigerator, iron in the room and you have to share bathroom which one is little bit annoying in the morning you have to waiting for someone fish take a shower.

Reasonable hotel. Being central to the city is the best thing. The aircon is ridiculously loud and mt room was next to a bathroom which was also really loud when people had showers or went to the toilet because the water was being pumped around. It kept me up the first nigjt I stayed but I got used to it.

With the price I get, overall satisfied. Cleanliness in the shared bathroom is good. Breakfast provided is very basic. Too bad no cutlery provided, can't eat Korean instant noodle here or bring your own. There was an incident where the fire alarm is activated where we were asked to evacuate. Eventhough after checking it was caused by pressure but I still suggest u to put those important stuff in one bag.

I have no idea about the hotel but I am a fan of the bar. Happy hour is a delight with $5 drinks and $15 cheeseboards. Get your vocal chords warmed for a song evening.

this hotel is good for people on a budge. the food is nice but not alot of options. the beds and shets are clean and warm. the bath rooms are not bad. please not that the more money you pay the better bathroom you get. i got public bathrooms but there are private bathrooms. everyone is very nice at the hotel.the location is great. i would go back .

The hotel has 24/7 front-desk and great location. Regular cleaning of rooms is done. Although for most rooms, there are no private bathrooms. They also provide no water to drink, which is odd. The kitchen located downstairs is splendid. Decently priced for its location.

Positive notes: Song hotel is close to Museum train Station and situated very nicely in the CBD. I have no problems using shared toilet and shower room. They were clean and well maintained on our level. I was very surprised that the kettle and iron were new and clean, not rusted. Housekeepers and staff members at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Negative notes: the room and bed we had was ridiculously small for 2 adults and a toddler. Hardly had any space to move around.

General notes: hotel offers breakfast for guests (continental breakfast only ). You have the option to upgrade to a hot meal for $8 but note that you will only be getting 2 eggs , 2 pieces of bacon and a piece of toast. You can also purchase a cup of barrista brew coffee from the cafe for $3 as a hotel guest.

Friendly staff but I feel like wifi in the year 2017 is a must especially at a place that offers minimal convenience for 100+$

The girl at the front desk was rude, as I was waiting to check in about 5 people came down to the front desk with the same problem saying their keys didn't work and then my keys didn't work and continued not work for 3 days, as I was being checked in they stopped to help some other person check in and made me wait. no internet above level 4 and the night manager was the rudest person I have ever meet. Don't wast your time with this place.

If you require a hotel very well located at affordable prices: this is THE place! If you require internet access, a nice big breakfast, air conditioning... you will need to avoid. This was a tricky one to rate as there were very good facilities such as a laundry room... but Internet access is expensive and one device at a time. which is not convenient when travelling with partner. So, some good points and some negative.
