We were super impressed with the SOS crew. They went flat out from 10am to well past 7pm to help us move a big household, with only two short breaks. They didn't complain once about the job, as I've heard other movers do, and clearly enjoyed their work. In fact, the boys were quick to pause loading the truck and offer help to us as we packed the car and trailer. Highly recommended.

I have used this service a number of times to move home and at times to store for periods. They are careful and skillful and work really hard. I did try a discount mover once along the way, and I quickly remembered why I use SOS. The office staff are pleasant and helpful, and the removalists are gems. Quality.

After a few bad (low-cost) moves, I decided to give these Guys a go. They charged $180 per hour, from when they left the depot, so I thought that I was paying for experience and professionalism. One Guy was good, but his Assistant was useless. 1.) The Assistant had been out drinking till 3AM, and turned up at my Home at 7AM. Hung over and lethargic, he didn't want to be working and complained all day. 2.) The 2 Removalists started chatting to a few Women who wanted to know about packing boxes etc. This conversation went on for a good half hour, and, I paid for this time!!! 3.) Due to the aforesaid setbacks, I had to help these Guys move, and reassure the Guy who was winging all day that (who was a very skinny removalist) that all was ok and he was doing a great job. 4.) The hung-over Guy dropped a number of items, no damage to the items, as such, but just allot of mess that had to be cleaned up. LOOK - IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE TOP DOLLAR, YOUR SERVICE SHOULD BE PREMIUM. AND, IN MY EXPERIENCE, IT WAS NOT AT ALL WORTH IT. SECONDLY - DON'T ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO TURN UP TO WORK HUNG OVER AND FATIGUED. AND, I, NOT YOU, HAD TO PAY FOR THIS INCOMPENTANCE.

They moved out house today. I am very impressed. Super professional. Very honest and took care with everything all round. I would certainly recommend. Don't try do it yourself. Get an expert. These guys are exactly what I imagined professional removalists to be.
