Soul Food Pantry

Our food pantry is a community service open to all in need and is run by the Blue Haven Seventh-day Adventist Community Church.

Here at Soul Food Pantry we want to provide the community with as much fresh fruits and vegetables as we can to help the community with basic daily needs as well as supporting them to live healthier and happier. We know the importance of eating healthy and understand the cost. We fill the bags with as much fresh produce as we can for a small donation of $5 per bag. The bag also includes bread every week. Other staple foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and pasta sauce are provided depending on what is available.

Once a month we run a healthy cooking demonstrations showing how to prepare healthy, nutritious meals for the family. We also include a health talk on the latest information regarding living a healthy lifestyle and information on how to decrease your risk of many of the common diseases facing our world.
