Elizabeth has several certificates in: Swedish massage; Reiki; Reflexology; Flower Essences; Spiritual Healing and Spiritual Release. Her professional background in these areas allows her to confidently help a wide range of clients and advise them on their health and spiritual requirements.

Elizabeth’s former career as a qualified chef saw her successfully work as a special diets chef in Britain hospital which began her interest in how diet and illness are interconnected. Her expertise in food and diet enable her to advise clients on weight loss and nutritional programs.
