South Coast Bmw

I don’t recommend you guys to go there. Some of the staffs are nice, but I took my car for service and the service manager are incredibly rude. His quote was “$2000 or go somewhere else”.
I cannot believe that I have had this experience from the luxury car dealership

I don't recommend anyone to go this dealership to buy your dream BMW.. poor Customer relationship.. They will be with you till you buy the car after that any troubles never gonna treat you in nice way.. Especially the manager in Service Department.. 👎🏼

The employee's here hold themselves to the highest standards. And do there best to ensure that there customers have a great and memorable experience

This dealership has to be the worst dealership in the Illawarra. I have had my 7 series in there for some minor repairs and every time I get the car back they either did not fix anything or the car is worse than when I took it in there. The staff also never call me back and on multiple occasions I have rang and the phone just rings out. How a BMW dealership can operate like this baffles me! Do yourself a favour and take your money to Sydney as this dealership is complacent and has no care factor. The service manager even told me that customers had called him about the Airbag recall and he told me he won't bother calling them back or he tells them to take BMW to court if they have an issue. Great work Tony! How you still have a job is beyond me!

Excellent, professional and friendly staff, and now operating under a new management. Sales staff (e.g. Tijana) and even the manager (e.g. Steve) go out of the way to ensure that the customer is happy. Service staff (c/o Tony) has always been very good. It is good to have a dealer like this in regional areas like Wollongong where unreserved willingness to provide the right and unbiased trade-in price as well as very good "after sales" service is not always common, and it seems that South Coast BMW ticks all the right boxes.

Outstanding service from Shadi and his team, certainly a fresh change from the previous owners as they understand the meaning of customer service, will definitely be back!!
