New car had nearly 400km on it because they drove it interstate instead of trucking it. Fitted with wrong accessories that I now have to pay for myself to fix. Terrible service.

Thank you Dom from the Nissan Service Department, took my Navara in for scheduled service at very short notice and had it ready within a couple of hours...all too easy as we were just passing through the Gong - nice work guys!

They only break cars, they can't fix them! Had the worst service from these guys. Had my car serviced in December, they called up telling me that they had broken my fuel line and I had to pay $300 to replace it as it was apparently my fault because the car was dirty underneath. After this I went in to have my car repaired under warranty. It was in and out for 4 months, only to find out after the 4th month that the head was blown and engine block was cracked, they even asked me if I had poured oil in my coolant by mistake! Was without my car for 4.5 months. George and Con offer the world at the start but when it comes to actually following through with their promises they clean their hands of it and push it onto you. Never have your car serviced or repaired at this garage, not unless you want a huge list of issues.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable group of salespeople. I always feel very much at home whenever I deal with Wayne and his team. Wayne always follows up my queries promptly and usually goes over and beyond his call of duty. The service side of SCC is commendable although the service desk does not always answer it's phone. Overall, SCC has a great range of cars that is backed up by great people.

Over the years, I have been dealing with Southern Classic Cars (buying cars and servicing) and they will always try to please you and assist, and try to do the best for your budget. They have some really good sales staff (e.g. Dolly, Wayne and Sam) who are friendly and patient, and if there is any issue one can always contact the top management through John, and get things done quickly and efficiently. Great to see these guys doing well in Wollongong area and now in Albion Park too.
