Worst company to deal with! Steve the owner didn't want to help with hinges cause warranty ended. Could not find hinges anywhere. He Never returned calls he took the hinge and lost it could not get it back of him to search for it 4 months on. Ridiculous after spending $70k on a kitchen. Cupboards don't even hold the weight when you open them. Made so many calls and none returned!

Couldn't even turn up to do the quote even after sending email to confirm time and date........disappointing!

From our first brief wander through the Sydney Kitchens showroom in Willoughby we have been impressed by the excellent standard of their product and personnel. After Fred provided invaluable assistance in turning our initial thoughts into a professional plan, Steve, the (relatively new) owner of Sydney Kitchens visited our apartment and undertook a detailed consultation and 'check measure' to ensure that we were satisfied with the design. We were then provided with a Schedule for all the 'trades' and a completion date which were all met. We have been delighted by the "day before" communications and the fact that all of the tradesmen understood and complied with the restrictions of working in an apartment building in the middle of the Sydney CBD. Sydney Kitchens 'site team' starting with the CT Demolitions team and progressing through Brendan (plumber), Steve (electrician), Kori (delivery), Wayne and Perry (cabinet installation), George (renderer), Joe (plasterer), the Rolling Stone benchtop team and Alan and Mitch from Polytech Glass provided exceptional workmanship and took care to protect surrounding areas before they started and leave our apartment and the common areas clean after they had finished. The site crew was ably supported by Vanessa and the operations department in 'head office'.
We have no hesitation in recommending Sydney Kitchens to anyone looking for a new kitchen. While it may be possible to find a cheaper price, from our experience, we doubt you will get a better product or better value.

We had a great experience initially, when we were working through the design with their designer. He had some really helpful suggestions and really seamed to understand the look we were going for. He was going to go away and produce 3Ds for us and price estimates. Then nothing. We chased up and he delayed. We'd have to wait another week. A week later and he's now telling us, they won't be able to deliver until 2 month after when we need it. Very annoying, but we decided we would press on and go through the 3D design and the estimate, while we try to find an alternative the could meet our timeframes. He wasn't expecting that. Turns out no work had been done and they weren't taken new orders at all. What a complete waste of time.

We engaged Sydney Kitchens in January 2016 to design and complete our kitchen. It was an exciting albeit stressful time for us - and we would have had about 5-6 meetings with the designer Lionel Kools from concept stage to completion of the design and sign off on the contract and deposit paid in late May 2016.
It was in July 2016 that I received a phone call and a subsequent email from the General Manager (Tom Northcote) of Sydney Kitchens stating that they had terminated the kitchen supply contract and that we would receive a full refund of all deposit monies paid.
We were absolutely horrified when we received this news.
Tom Northcote also stated to me that from their perspective it was a decision that was not made lightly and indeed this was only the second time that Sydney Kitchens had terminated a contract.
They did not provide us with any reasonable explanation whatsoever and while we did receive a refund of our deposit this was not the issue.
We had simply wasted five months of meetings and phone calls and we were now back to square one - Sydney Kitchens could not care less.
Had we terminated the contract there would have been an instant claim and retention of our monies - but for Sydney Kitchens there was no financial loss.
We ultimately found and engaged another kitchen supplier - and only just got our kitchen in a week before Xmas 2016, but about two months ago we also received news about the Sydney Kitchens modus operandi from another independent person.
That person also had a contract with Sydney Kitchens and their contract was also terminated. However they pressed a lot harder than us for additional information about the reasons and were told that Sydney Kitchens has cancelled at least 25 contracts to supply kitchens.

The cancellation of our contract was not a 'one off' - they have made lives of many other people a simple misery by terminating contracts if it does not fit with their schedules or pricing.

We are absolutely disgusted with the operation and handling of the contract we had with Sydney Kitchens - and for that reason I am simply writing this review to warn others to simply stay away from them. They are not worthy to be in business and they treat their customers with contempt.

I wouldn't recommend these guys. The up front service is great but all they care about is making the deal, after you've signed it becomes pretty poor.
The quality of work is pretty low and scrappy. I wouldn't call the design or execution resolved. For the price Id either go cheaper, Ikea or spend a bit more and get something well done.
These guys are all lipstick and mascara.
