This gym has been life changing for us. My 3 children have attended the mini and little ninja classes for over 2 years. All my kids and especially my autistic son have had the most amazing results and benefited greatly from the programs. The instructors are also an asset to the gym and have always worked wonderfully with my kids. Recently my children talked me into joining as well, and over the last 5 months I have seen some great results too. Most of all I feel motivated to continue to challenge myself and I have confidence that the team at Southern Fitness and Martial Arts will help me continue on my journey.

As a man that has no confidence at all when it comes to a gym from the moment I attended my first fitness class I was hooked and now 3 months later 15 kilos lighter I have so much more confidence to push myself to be a happier healthier person and that's all thanks to Richard and Kristen and there amazing team for the encouragement and guidance they give myself and the other members awesome gym awesome atmosphere highly recommend

I love this gym!! The trainers Kristen and Richard are the best!! The day I walked in they both took me under their wings and the rest is history, they truly believe in every person they meet and they will work with you to achieve your goals the best part is every time I leave the gym I feel more confident and determined than I ever did!! All the trainers are out of this world and you will make new friends for life☺
