Healthy for Life- Our team of Nurses and Aboriginal Health Workers can provide you and your family with free health checks and case management to help you to manage and prevent chronic diseases like diabetes. We also offer regular diabetes clinics in Mogo, Moruya, Eden, Wallaga Lake and Bega where you can see an Endocrinologist, Dietitian, diabetes Educator and a foot care nurse or podiatrist with transport provided.

Koori Booris- The pregnancy and early childhood services to Koori Booris are provided by Healthy for Life's midwife and Aboriginal Health Worker, the KMAP nidwife /Aboriginal Health Worker and Greater Southern Area Health Service's child and family health nurse. There is no need to book, just turn up and if you have any questions about Koori Booris or would like to book transport call the Healthy for Life team on 1800 088 218. Every second Wednesday between 1pm and 3pm at the Child and Family Centre, Melaleuca Crescent, Catalina and enjoy a healthy lunch together on the day.

Deadly Dads- Deadly dads program is a program that is specifically for Men,
Fathers, grandfathers , uncles, all Men that have something or anything to do with our Koori kids.
This program is all about promoting strong fatherhood, health and well being
We will also be holding cultural camp for our deadly dads and activity’s day for dads and their family’s.

Living Strong- is a healthy lifestyle program for Koori people in the Eurobodalla. It is a national program that is running successfully in many communities around Australia. Living Strong is about helping people to make long term lifestyle changes, like choosing healthier food and drinks and being more physically active.
Some people who have attended the program have made changes in their community - like asking the store manager to sell more low fat food choices or working with the council to get a safer walking track.
