Southern Radiology

Although my mums friend I think works there; yes like others said the reception people were abusive a few years back - my dad was already distressed like me and he and i were yelled at for being late like a few minutes. And they were like NOPE NOPE no need to talk no more you are late. Also I was a child and the ultrasound was very painful as it kinda always has been rough and aggressive but I was faulted for not drinking 10 cups of water whilst I was told to fast and also not drink... and also a bit sexually abusive as the whatever stick thing poked lower and lower into my pubic region touching my genatalia. -
didnt help with lubricant on the thing - which was not necessary and told to make my pants lower and lower.

Just had a ultrasound scan with Radiologist George Du. His was impatient and treated me as if I didn't understand English. He had a very condescending attitude. Poor experience!

Good service. Radiologist was a professional. Place was tidy and there was water available for waiting patients.

I only waited about 3 minutes in the line. It is a very busy radiology so best to arrive well before an appointment. I arrived 3 minutes to the hour and noticed that a large line appeared right after me almost instantly. I noticed staff were also fielding a lot of calls which leads to delays.

Unacceptable long wait at 8am. 30 min in line just to be processed and another long wait to be seen by the radiologist. The worst part is that it wasn't even very busy. Bad management at its worst
