at 10pm at night less then 14 hours before we are to fly you send a email and CANCEL our booking. NOT exceptable when i have 2 small children and a 69yr old who were expecting to just use your service.
NOW a refund will take 5 days which means im now out of pocket for 5 days for our holiday, so you can tell my children when they ask for something that i cant buy them WHY. AND can now NOT find any parking thats affordable.
IF i hadn't have checked my email before i went to bed it would have been in the morning leaving me with even LESS time.
i HOPE i can be compensated for this because i wont be recommending your service to anyone
