Sisters Renee and Carla Francis, founded Spatial Property Styling in 2010. As a real estate agent and interior designer respectively, Renee and Carla know what makes buyers tick. Their collective knowledge uniquely positions them to address the needs of vendors wishing to showcase their home in it's most attractive light.

Renee and Carla continually source stylish furniture and decor both locally and internationally, ensuring a broad selection of high-end product. Their skilled team is dedicated to realising the full potential of every home they style.

Spatial Property Styling offers full and partial styling options, meaning we can dress an entire home with both furniture and decor, or simply add a few pieces as required. Either way, we have experience working with properties of all sizes.

How it works:

- Book a free consultation with one of our senior stylists who will determine how your home can be best presented.

- Receive a quote including the items required.

- Book your installation.

- A team of installers, including a stylist, will place all your furniture and decor.

- Once your home is sold, a pick up team will remove our items.
