Morning P O T I O N....MATCHA ππ΅ Pre work best friend and Frothy AF!! β’1tsp Matcha β’2Scoops of @vitalproteins collagen peptides β’Sprinkle nutmeg β’1/2tsp @superfeast Masons mushroom mix β’1/2tsp @orchardstlove Mucuna Powder β’1/2-1Tbs coconut butter or 1/2 Tsp MCT oil β’BLEND!!! π I switch up my powders/adaptogens depending on how I feel and what I need. I added Mucuna for mental clarity and mood support. xx

Bowl of C O L O U R !! πβ€οΈππ Every meal bring colour through the foods you choose. We are so lucky to be surrounded by radiant beautiful produce grown from nature π. Eating a rainbow gives you more than beautiful bowl colours but each colour gives you different nutrients..and lots of it!! EAT more Colour get more goods!! π
