VIET @ SPICE ALLEY - This place is usually my favourite go to place on Kensington st for Viet food. But very dissappointed with the service I had today. One of their bamboo poles they have for decoration fell and hit me, hit the table with all the glasses and the drinks spilt all over my dress and I was drenched. They offered me tissues to clean up, did not apologise and only decided to acknowledge that the bamboo pole fell. My bag was covered in drinks as well as the inside of my bag, my iPhone was wet, and my Valentino flats were also soaked. They did not offer any compensation for the incident or even offered to take a few or a cost off the bill at the end. The level of service I had this time and the no apology for a decoration Of their restaurant falling on me was my worst experience at this restaurant. Don’t think I will return with the way they handled the situation. It's been nearly a week and still no response from my email on the incident.
