I am Daniella Mancuso aka 'The Mistress of Mindset' at Integr8 Wellness, I collaborate and deliver transformational retreats, workshops, and life coaching based on my 5 Pillars of Wellness.

My personal Mission- 'To inspire & empower others to create lasting radical change in their lives'

Losing over 90kg ignited a passion to help others live their best life and I gained qualifications as a personal trainer, life coach, weight loss coach, NLP practitioner and Reiki healer. I struggled with my weight for over 35 years and was an expert dieter losing 50kg only to regain three times. The journey to maintain a healthy weight highlighted how little diet and exercise contributed to maintenance and how critical mindset and self concept is to lasting transformation.

My clients struggle to maintain a healthy weight, are highly stressed, lacking energy and overwhelmed. I help rebalance your life by teaching you the strategies and tools to maintain a healthy weight, increase vitality, get organised and become super effective at work and home.

The reality is massive transformation is rarely smooth sailing, along with losing the weight I lost my identity and the 'perfect' life as I had manifested. Through the journey of finding myself, I have endured significant hardships and learned many life lessons. I have experienced heartbreak and sorrow with two failed marriages. I have been forced to address my demons and overcome multiple addictions as well as 'mental' & physical illness. I have triumphed through adversity and healed my wounds of rejection and abandonment.

My spirituality continues to be my saviour and each challenging experience peeled back yet another layer, bringing me closer to my true authentic self. This latest transformation is like the phoenix that rises from the ashes, and I have been rewarded me with a beautiful gift from spirit where I trust my powerful intuition and use this to guide others through their challenges and road blocks. I access my developing mediumship skills to communicate directly to spirit and am an accredited Akashic healer. My readings are much more than light entertainment, it is my intuition that helps me identify the core issue to immediately address.

I believe that Self Concept is the key to lasting transformation and it is my soul purpose to empower YOU to unleash self belief, boost self esteem, cultivate self worth and instil self confidence so you can live your happiest, healthiest life and become the best version of YOU!

My background in the corporate world spans over 20 years, specialising in relationship management, business development and strategic leadership roles, I am a prolific ideator, creative thinker and problem solver. A natural connector & networker, I am passionate about improving capability in my team and over my career have conducted in excess of 10, 000 coaching sessions.

My ultimate vision is to bridge the gap between the old style unconscious way of doing business and introduce the concept of heart centred leadership. Companies that embrace conscious leadership will reap the benefits of increased engagement, productivity and performance.
