Lovely staff and high quality stock

Had a pleasant experience with a girl who had blonde hair in the fitting rooms today. Great service and she was lovely and helpful. However, the girl whose name is Sarah served me on POS on 21/7 and never greeted me nor thanked me when i thanked her in the end. I was given a rude smile.

I love the shop I find everything perfect!

Personally I like the shop, however the staff are not polite at all! My friends and I were taking a while trying to pick something out but when I was about to buy something I caught the staff members talking about us! That is very unprofessional and won't be tolerated I think they should be talked to and be more polite to the customers and anyway we are paying them!

I feel its a good shop but quite expensive for the quality it offers. They design of the shop and staff are very nice but who cares when it comes to money.

Bought jewellery marked "sterling silver" .. two days later the rings are brown and my fingers are green.
