Spotlight Queanbeyan

The staff at spotlight Queanbeyan are always so helpful and very pleasant. I really enjoy the different themes they offer at certain times of the year.

Wonderful help from staff as a visitor from Tasmania. Excellent and if I am in area again will return.

One star is really too much for the made to measure service. 4 months, 5 visits to the house and it would have to be over 10 phone calls chasing and I am still waiting on a blind. Incorrect measurements, miscommunication and failure to correct anything in a speedy manner. Spend your money elsewhere, these guys don't care and will take forever!

I love the Spotlight store for all the variety of materials. BUT you MUST be able to go into the Store because they never answer the phone! Or if they do. you are put on hold (15 minutes today) then the phone (somehow???) drops out. Ring back and the same happens!! Not good customer service at all. This has been the same for over 6 years!!!!! BTW I only wanted to ask a very simple question.

The store is so cluttered, things fall off the shelf as you walk past. Not a helpful staff member in sight, they don't offer assistance and seem very unapproachable. The only thing going for this store is it being the Only spotlight near by.

Awful service. Spent 10 minutes waiting at the fabrics counter whilst 3 people helped one bloke, then the rude woman with curly brown hair (who previously ignored me when I said hello) walked straight past me to serve someone else who came in after me.
Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Have phoned three times, first two times rang out. Third time it was answered then disconnected. Obviously don't care about selling products.

I was at the Queanbeyan store today. I waited what I thought was in line for 40 minutes, merely to ask a question. One staff member was serving a customer and another one was on the phone for an extremely long time. A you man was passing near where the other staff were. I asked if he worked in this are and he replied yes but you have wait over there. I wanted to ask him a question about Roman Blinds and he just walked away. He wasn't attending to a customer. He came back and proceeded to sit at a desk and make a phone call that went on for an extraordinary length of time. I left without having my enquiry dealt with and will never go back.

Yarn selection is not as good as some stores. Store itself is great. Parking is excellent.
