I rang to check that they were open. I’m always polite on the phone. I got an arrogant response. Her attitude felt like why was I even wasting her time with such a silly question. I thanked her, and she hung up on me. Wow. It left me wondering if it was something I said to piss her off! I didn’t go there even though no one else was open that day - how can I trust my garments with someone who despises their customers?

The staff here manage to turn something easy like dropping and picking up your dry cleaning into a terrible experience. They are rude and unwelcoming. Awful service and attitude.

I left in shock with the bad service I received, both ladies were so rude as soon as walked in the door, speaking so Rude with miserable looks on their faces. That is the worst service I have ever had and I'm not one to write bad reviews but this one I couldn't resist. They need to check themselves.

Called to double check pick up time, and wondering if it could be picked up a day earlier, both ladies I spoke to on the phone were so rude. I never expected it to be done just wondering if it could as I needed it for work and they shot me down so arrogantly. Never will be returned, such a rip off as well compared to looksmart.

Have you ever had customer service where the person really does not want to be there? They act as though it is a chore to serve you? That is this place. Appauling. They must be losing 30%+ repeat business due to poor service.
