Top Tiered Decorating is run by 2 qualified professionals, both Brooke and Shantel look forward to sharing their skills and expertise with you.

Top Tiered Decorating will be holding cake decorating classes once a month in a commercial premises in Somersby. We will be starting with a basics range then will increase to harder skilled techniques in the future.

In each class you will learn how to cut your cake ready for ganaching, ganache your cake, colour your fondant, cover your cake in fondant, achieve that squared edge look, cover your cake board for a professional appearance, plus a simple design.

You will create a saleable product which you will be able to take home at the end of the day.

Price includes ALL tools, equipment and product there is no need to bring a thing! ! ! We will also provide light snacks, tea, coffee and iced water.

Classes will held in a professional manner for the budding cake decorator, home baker or anyone who just wants to know how to make that special cake for their children.
