Elsa Liu is extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!!! How could she ever become a doctor!!!!!The way she treat her patients are unbelievably rude!!!!! The worst doctor EVER EVER EVER!!!!!!!!

Really bad services from receptionist and the worst doctor Elsa Liu ever met in the world. NEVER COME BACK ANYMORE.

Went to see Dr Ali Pierzad, very rude, irresponsible and giving out prescriptions without fully consulting patient's symptoms. Will definitely not return to see him again and highly recommend anyone who is viewing this message to avoid this medical centre!

Dr Elsa Liu was extremely rude and patronising - I will definitely not be returning to see her. I'm not quite sure how she is still allowed to practice medicine with such appalling bedside manners. She also proudly claims to be "just a GP and doesn't need to know the details" when asked further questions I simply found off Google. Do yourself a favour and find yourself a more competent GP!

I got throat infection that I am used to in the past. When I went to the clinic and told them that not all antibiotics work on my case, they insisted and gave me what they think it's good. I am on the 3rd course of the same antibiotics, I've been taking them for 20 days without improvement and these antibiotics started affecting my liver.

I can't feel being respected by Dr Elsa Liu, the way she talking and acting. I won't come back again.

Got a typhoid shot there today and saw Dr. Manomhan. Lovely doctor and nice and friendly service from the front desk staff. Will definitely be back!

I've been seeing Dr Galina and she has been very helpful and understanding. Has given me the right medication and i feel a lot better. Some other doctors are not as emphatic so that's minus one star.

Fcking terrible service, the doctor send me a message asking me to collect the result about my health. And when i come and tell them i want ro pickup thwe result, they ask me to pay for the doctor fee $60, which is ridiculous. This place is just a rip-off medical centre. NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. U WILL NEVER SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

Always very friendly and quick service. Dr. Galina is especially good; very attentive and empathetic. The reception staff are welcoming and efficient. The centre overall is new and has a very calming feel.

Worst GP I've ever met. I went there because I got eczema and I even bought my old tube of cream to show him, so he can just prescribe me a new one(previously prescribed by a different GP clinic). GP at world square told me it was fungus and precribed me a different cream. I also asked him to prescribe my normal birth control pills which I have been using for the last 7 years of my life and never got pregnant. He won't prescribe it to me and only told me to come back and see him again to make sure I know how to take it....After one week of use of the fungus cream he prescribed, there's no change and I went to see a new GP at a different clinic, at the new clinic they old me that it's eazcma which I was right about and prescribe me the correct medication.... don't waste your money and time at this place. They don't want to help you get better. They only want to keep you coming back again and again...
