Tips on building your рҹҚ‘ BOOKMARK & SAVE FOR LATER. рҹ”° в Җ Our girl Ashleigh Page has made some pretty good booty gains since working with Ash Huggett starting in May by using these tools. в Җ 1пёҸвғЈ Incorporate lower body compound lifts with a focus on progressive overload.... Exercises such as squat variations, deadlift variations and lunge variations are essential and a staple in order to develop your glutes. в Җ If you think youвҖҷll build a banginвҖҷ peach with high rep body weight exercises or extreme light weight that doesnвҖҷt challenge you, youвҖҷll be sorely disappointed! в Җ Focus on adding overall load overtime by either increasing the weight lifted, the sets you complete or the reps youвҖҷre doing while training through a broad spectrum of rep ranges with heavy, medium and light loads. в Җ 2пёҸвғЈ Frequency matters - If youвҖҷre training 3-4 times per week, aim to get glute training in at least 2 of those days. If youвҖҷre training 5 days per week, aim to train the glutes at least 3 times per week. Once per week will sadly not sufice what youвҖҷre after. в Җ 3пёҸвғЈ Banded work is important! - While banded work shouldnвҖҷt be the foundation of glute training, it should be incorporated. Activation of the glutes can be a common issue with trainees. Exercises such as banded - crab walks, kick backs, monster walks, seated/leaning/lying abductions, can help create a better mind to muscle connection and activate the glutes. в Җ We also cover these moves in our BOOTYCAMP, free for all SC members every Tuesday night at 6pm with @ashhuggett.

Member of the Month July has been announced and what a tough time it was selecting this!
One person did stand out though and it was Tim Gartrell. TimвҖҷs work ethic and consistency has definitely been seen. Over the last 4 months we have watched him continue to progress with his training and has definitely become a big community person!
