St Clair OOSH Cares Philosophy is to focus on the whole child, as an individual and provide for their global developmental needs and remembering the importance of the family in a child's growth and experience.

The service has a dedication to the care and development of children with disabilities and has a successful and well know additional needs unit that works closely with SDN Children Services who are the current Inclusion Support Agency as well as the other local support services.

The service has always ranked highly in past quality assurance programs and exceeds the regulatory requirements of the new National Quality Framework for Education and Care services.
