I received my dress and wasn't happy with it. I didn't have much time left to fix my problem but Stephanie sorted it all out and had another dress sent in no time! She was life saver and now I've got a dress that looks awesome ready for my event on time! Thanks st frock you're awesome!!

I ordered a dress online, I was worried about the sizing and that it would be too big/ small. But when I got the dress it fit perfectly. I was also very happy/ impressed with the text messages you get to let you know your order is on it’s way. Great clothes, great service. Will defiantly shop here again!

I had to return a top recently and couldn't see that the store credit had been processed. One quick email to Stephanie and she had found my return and sent me a screen shot of my store credit. Turns out I had two accounts by accident so she quickly resolved that and I could see my credit. This was all done via email which made it so much easier. One of the easiest return processes I have ever dealt with.

I was absolutely blown away with my purchase.
The pants were amazing and the top was even better. I have been very cautious with purchasing clothes as I am currently losing weight, not knowing what size to buy and don't feel comfortable in what I wear however when I put this outfit on I felt like a million dollars. So comfortable.
I have just made a purchase for more and will definitely be purchasing more for the future (the wishlist of mine is slowly getting longer), especially summer as I am embark on my weight loss journey.

Long time very happy St Frock customer. I've only had to contact their customer service team a couple of times, but each time I get wonderful service. My most recent example was buying the same dress in two different sizes - and them both needing to be returned due to shape and zipper problems. I wrote to customer service to say that I would be returning the dresses and even though they have a credit policy on returns - I asked for a refund on this one occasion. Special shout out to Maddie from the customer service team who was very responsive and super helpful! It's easy to a loyal St Frock customer, can't wait for the new season releases!!

Love the team at St Frock. You can tell they actually give a damn about their customers, unlike other stores who make you feel like a number on an invoice. Beautiful clothes year-round.

Wonderful service with a beautiful selection of garments. I had an issue once with the item being posted and even though it wasn't the fault of the company, the customer service team member personally tracked the item and got back to me about its whereabouts. Cannot fault them! Brilliant company.

Seems like a few people have had issues with St Frock's poor customer service and their returns policy. You have lost another customer and it could of easily been avoided! You should be trying to do the right thing by your customers and make them happy so they come back.
