Stay Away from this place. Doctors there most probably purchased their degrees online!!!!!!

Some of doctors are very poor experience. Needs to use google to find out what disease my two years old child had. But we got exactly diagnosis straightway at bulk billed medical center. Waste time and money.

worst experience ever will never go there again. My son had split his head open and the doctor decide to super glue it. As we got home his head opened up and blood was everywhere. We ended up getting a second opinion from another doctor who rectified the problem. We have been trying to phone the medical centre with no reply only to find an extremely rude receptionist who keeps hanging up on us. The doctor charged us $210 for a botched job that a vet could have done better. I am surprised that a doctor can behave like this and get away with it normally doctors do a follow up call the next day to find out if all is good. Think twice before you go there.

Excellent medical service - Dr Sapatnekar stayed overtime (with short notice) to treat and stitch a deep cut. She was informative and efficient. Check up appointments were always on time, leading to a full recovery! Thank you Doctor! Would recommend to others.

The centre is very clean and well maintained with a good layout. Obviously the service depends on who is at the desk when you are there and which doctor you see.

The receptionist who was there on a Saturday morning was great and there was a reasonably short wait with no one else in the waiting room (they only do walk-ins on weekends). I saw Dr Valencia and was blown away by how thorough, attentive, and professional he was during both my walk-in consultation and follow-up appointment on Monday evening.

It is expensive to go here but to me it is worth it. I recommend this medical centre and will definitely return next time I need medical advice.

We visited this medical centre yesterday. It's not usually where we go but it was Sunday and it was convenient. My son and daughter both had a rash and were seen by the same doctor for about 10mins tops. This was after about an hours wait. You have to expect a bit of a wait on a Sunday and you would expect it to cost more however $95 per child seemed excessive. Needless to say we won't be back!
