St Leonards Medical Centre (SLMC) was established in 1990 and our aim is to improve community health.

Our mission at SLMC is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness.

We are committed to promoting health and wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients. We do not discriminate in the provision of excellent care and aim to treat all patients with dignity and respect.

We have 3 full time General Practitioners and 3 part time.
Appointments are essential and payment on the day of service is expected.

Consulation costs:
Standard Consultation - $75 - Up to 15 mins
Longer Consultation - $130 - 15 - 30 mins -
Prolonged Consultation - $180 - 30 - 45 mins
Pap smears require a longer appointment
Any procedure will incur other fees as well as consultation fees
