I found the staff very efficient and friendly. The hospital is clean and things operated very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use St Luke's again. My room had a view:)
My son attended a sleep study at St Lukes Hospital. All staff I dealt with were great, accommodation was clean, food provided was good. Everything went pretty smooth from start to finish. No issues. Happy with our stay at St Lukes Hospital 5+
One of the worst hospital I've ever been , quality is ok customer service and nurses are embarrassing... I definitely would not recommend this

Hands up all women who have had plastic surgery at St. Luke's and then been billed more than 3 months later for more than $1500 extra. Because they can't do that and then they just took the money out of my account without authorization. If that was a valid extra expense they would have told me the next day or next week, not 16 weeks later and then when I ignored their reminder, they just took the money. Absolutely illegal. Not happening. I think it's a scam. When I rang up the lady screeched at me so loud my son could hear her in the next room. She said "You had plastic surgery. That is not necessary. That costs a lot of money". Well firstly it was necessary. Secondly she's not a doctor and it's not up to her to say whether my surgery was necessary or not and thirdly I paid a lot of money. Already. It's not up to her to decide to take more.
After reading Sean Feeney's testimony, I think this woman should be thoroughly investigated. She's so unprofessional.
Who screeches as loud as you can yell at patients? Seriously.
And then she sent me a till receipt that had been torn off at the bottom for the money they stole.
That's not right either.
