undergoing renovations at the moment but still a good hospital. Food in the main food court is noting special but definitely edible.
Who are they kidding "quality care with a personal touch " on the website. What a load of rubbish. !!! Would not return to this creepy old run down hospital. ! Food was revolting, staff couldn't be found, a strange place at the end of a driveway , creepy, old , run down, poor nursing staff , no facilities on site but happy to bill you !!! Save your time and go elsewhere.
Very keen to take you booking and money but when you try and contact them post-treatment they just seem to evaporate. Have been trying to contact their accounts department for almost two months to no avail. Very poor post-treatment care.
Hands up all women who have had plastic surgery at St. Luke's and then been billed more than 3 months later for more than $1500 extra. Because they can't do that and then they just took the money out of my account without authorization. If that was a valid extra expense they would have told me the next day or next week, not 16 weeks later and then when I ignored their reminder, they just took the money. Absolutely illegal. Not happening. I think it's a scam. When I rang up the lady screeched at me so loud my son could hear her in the next room. She said "You had plastic surgery. That is not necessary. That costs a lot of money". Well firstly it was necessary. Secondly she's not a doctor and it's not up to her to say whether my surgery was necessary or not and thirdly I paid a lot of money. Already. It's not up to her to decide to take more.
After reading Sean Feeney's testimony, I think this woman should be thoroughly investigated. She's so unprofessional.
Who screeches as loud as you can yell at patients? Seriously.
And then she sent me a till receipt that had been torn off at the bottom for the money they stole.
That's not right either.
Had a operation the other day, for day surgery. Very professional outfit, good clean facilities and staff looked after my wife whilst under. Very Very happy with the service. Also the after surgery followup was a surprised and greatfully appreciated.

Good things:
1. Okay food.
2. Staffs are nice enough.
Bad things:
1. Staffs do seems care what you are for, I got 5 nurses look after me at one night, only one of them did the job properly.
2. Staffs (again) don't seems have knowledge about their job (not enough training?) One nurse even given me the wrong pills, and the other one missing her duty.
3. The facilities are more like public quality, for the money I paying (HCF says its around 2K per night) I think I should have better facility and services.
4. They pull me in one room then ask me if its okay to change me to another room, then tell me half hour later they are not going to move me. And one hour later they moved me without any notice.
I wasn't happy at all.
