Stacks Cafe

Manager good but the younger staff have a lot to learn about Good, professional customer service. Which is a shame their service is pulling the rep of Stacks down. This takeaway started off so great but now the young staff blare nightclub music, are too busy talking personal stuff than keeping an eye on customers & what's cooking. Last 3 times I've been there the food has been very overcooked by them in the fryers with some being burnt. And do they not know to NOT touch money, their face or hair & not wash their hands??? Come on basic hygiene people!

Please train your young staff better or have more experienced people supervising them so they learn their job better.

Very clean and tidy cafe, hot food, icecream, cold drinks. I had a bacon and egg roll, tasty.

I have been letdown at Stacks before, but today certainly took the cake. The girl I was served by was lovely. She did get my order wrong, but that's easily fixed. She left and was replaced by a young bloke and a man in his 30's. When I ordered I was the only person in there. After ordering I went out the front. Eventually I wandered back in. It's now been 15 minutes. Still waiting. A young girl walks in and is completely ignored by the man for about 5 minutes. I'm still waiting. It's now been 20 minutes. I'm watching the man cook my food. He is literally cooking each piece individually. Another 5 minutes pass. People who ordered a good 10 minutes after me have already recieved their orders. That's 3 people. It took 25 minutes. 25 MINUTES! I WAS ABOUT TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK! HE CALLS ME OVER 'SORRY FOR THE WAIT LOVE'. Are you serious??!? I ordered, get this, this will make you laugh, I ordered a small chips, 2 potato scallops, a dim sim and a seafood stick. 25 minutes. Maybe they went out and caught the artificial crabs themselves?
Plus he was rude, treated the customers poorly and the food was mediocre. Really bad form, will never go back.

Just bought a chicken and it had to be put in oven for another 30 minutes to finish cooking it. (I am not a Grecos troll)

This is easily the worst place we have ever eaten at, the food was cold and soggy, the chips tasted stale and the lettuce on the hamburgers wilted. There is plenty of better places to eat in Lawson and the surrounding suburbs and we will definitely take that option the next time we want to enjoy an easy meal out.

Slow service. Overcooked food. Waitress gave us a dirty look as kids left a mess. Inconsiderate and foul.

Great staff, always happy to start a conversation and put a smile on your face! Chips servings are great for the price and taste good too... Their grilled fish with their chips are brilliant and I would highly reccomend! Although their fish and chips are fantastic I would recommend you add some seasoning ro your chickens as they taste rather dull.
