I had Mark Shumsky handle a commercial matter for me, in setting up my business. Once we worked out what was needed, Mark turned the handle and cranked out the instruments. Seem well constructed. Hopefully, after customisation, they will hold up in arbitration or in court, if there is ever a dispute.

They are worst of the worst, the most rude and professional firm I have ever deal with, only hire them if interested in filing a legal malpractice suit.
Totally Incompetence and provide you with horrible customer service at no cost.
The young receptionist is extremely rude and is just as bad, as she is more busy checking her phone while you are talking to her, never look you in the eye, very unprofessional and lack skills in how to deal with people who are going through a difficult time. I once called and she responded that I call too many times and she won't be putting me through to my legal representative and hung up on me. I called back again and she snapped at me saying, "can't you understand?? We are busy. Mark Warren is looking after your case just email him and hung up again on me."
I emailed the the practice manager Kay Laird about all this but no response at all and its been over a month and half now. She doesn't seem to care much and would not listen to any constructive feedback from clients about the solicitors or the receptionist.
I urge you not to use them unless you like throwing away your money and get a heartache. I did not even know who was handling my case, it was passed on to several different people, who never responded to phone calls, emails, etc. I felt scammed. After you sign the contract and pay, good luck getting a hold of them.
Save your money, save your time, save your heartache, and avoid these idiots altogether. They will tell you you have a strong case, expect a bunch of money up front, and then become impossible to contact for followup. They specialise in taking your money at any cost, and then drop the ball immediately after they've received your money. Don't make the same mistakes many of us already have!
And in order to save their poor reputation within the community, the unprofessional and rude Tracey Hussey had the balls to send me an email telling me about their exciting changes ahead that they have accepted an invitation to join the stacks law group. Good look to stacks law group!! The SCAMMERS and unprofessional staff are coming your way and will take you down to the bottom.

Don't use them unless you like throwing away money. Went for two visits,less than forty minutes for both few phone calls,no more than six emails,basically going through separation,my wife's lawyer organised a draft for separation,he Did all the paperwork,all they had to do is basically modify it slightly and witness it,and they were more than double the cost of my wife's lawyer. The secretary is extremely rude to!

Does it need to be in colour?

Unprofessional. The lawyer I had specifically for family law was not fully familiar with the laws.
Charged for services not requested.
Reception was very rude.
would not recommend.
